Charles Lightfoot was born in Rabat, Morocco. Growing up he traveled extensively in countries like Japan, Korea, Vietnam, France, Italy, Spain, England, Germany, Iran, Venezuela, Mexico, ect...

His interest in Photography started at the age of 12 while living in Georgia. His parents owned a hotel and when one of the guests couldn't pay rent he left camera equipment for payment.

Charles started taking pictures as a hobby and initially was self-taught. Later, he went to Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara. Through out his three years at Brooks he incorporated nudes whenever possible. After graduating he interned at Playboy in Santa Monica, CA. and from there continued his interest in nude photography...

His real love these days is cycling and people watching at cafes.
